With Fin.do you can send money from most types of cards, including:

  • Personal and business cards

  • Debit, credit, gift cards, and prepaid cards

  • Physical (plastic) and virtual cards

  • Cards issued by digital banks (Revolut, N26, etc)

If you are experiencing issues using a card in Fin.do or making a transaction, here are some common reasons and what you can do.

Country not supported

Restrictions also apply to money transfers in specific regions. Please see below:

Card brand not supported

We support most major card issuers, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires (France), and MADA (Saudi Arabia).

Transfers using American Express cards are currently not available in Fin.do.

Bank not supported

If your bank is not supported, you can try opening a virtual card with a different bank (traditional or digital bank).

If you are not sure your bank is supported, reach out to Support for a list of the banks in your specific region that are supported in Fin.do.

Card not enabled for international transfers

It is possible that your bank does not allow international transfers for your card. Please contact your bank for more information.

Card only accepts sending or receiving transfers

Not all cards support sending and receiving money transfers. When you add a card to Fin.do, we instantly verify and notify you whether you can use your card to send money, receive, or both.

For example, Payoneer cards only allow sending money transfers (and not receiving).

Account limitations

If any restrictions are applied to your Fin.do account you will see an error notification indicating that your profile has been limited.

In this case, please contact support for more details and to request the lifting of restrictions.

Too many cards in your account

Unverified users can only add a limited number of cards to their account.

This can easily be solved by contacting our support team and providing the required documentation for identity verification.

Incorrect card details

If you entered incorrect card details (such as the card number, CVV, or expiration date), you will not be able to send or receive money transfers using this card.

Card has expired

You cannot use a card beyond its expiration date. If your card has expired and you were issued a new card, please update the details of your new card in your Fin.do account.

Alternatively, add a different, valid card to your Fin.do account.
