Starting April 2024, we’re making some changes to money transfers using Belarus cards.
Here is what you need to know and how to prepare for the changes.
1. Transfers to cards in Belarus
As of April 1st, 2024, Fin.do will no longer support money transfers to certain cards issued in Belarus.
See below the list of banks, card brands, and specific cards that will stop working for receiving money transfers via Fin.do.
Cards that can’t be used for receiving transfers in Fin.do starting April 2024:
Bank | Card brand | Card number(s) | Notes |
Priorbank Joint Stock Company | Mastercard | 5489 52xx xxxx xxxx 5366 00xx xxxx xxxx 5326 58xx xxxx xxxx | VISA cards can still receive transfers |

What can I do if my card is not supported?
If you hold a Mastercard or VISA card that is no longer supported for receiving transfers via Fin.do, you can consider one of the following options.
1. Switch to a VISA card
If your bank is still supported for Fin.do transfers, you can ask your bank to replace your Mastercard with a VISA card.
This applies to customers of Priorbank Joint Stock Company, Closed Joint-Stock Company Alfa-Bank, and Belvnesheconombank.
A simpler alternative is to open a virtual card with your current bank. Many Belarus banks allow you to easily get a virtual card, which you can then use to receive money via Fin.do.
2. Open a card with a different bank
Many other banks and cards will continue to allow incoming money transfers via Fin.do. Here is a list of supported Belarus banks and cards:
Bank | Card brand(s) |
Priorbank JSCB | VISA |
Closed Joint-Stock Company Alfa-Bank | VISA |
JSC Belagroprombank | Mastercard VISA |
Joint-Stock Savings Bank Belarusbank | Mastercard VISA |
JSC MTBank | Mastercard VISA |
Belarusian-Swiss Bank BSB Bank | Mastercard VISA |
OJSC Paritetbank | Mastercard VISA |
Technobank | VISA |
Zepter Bank CJSC | VISA |
BTA Bank JSC | VISA |
Belvnesheconombank Foreign Economic Affairs Belarus Jscb | VISA |
Reshenie Bank | VISA |
Belarusky Narodny Bank (Belarusian People's Bank Ojsc) | VISA |
3. Open a digital bank card
You can also consider opening a virtual card with a digital bank such as Revolut or BUNQ.
Many such banks and payment services allow you to open an account online, often with no cost, and you get a virtual card that you can use to receive money via Fin.do.
Options include Pyypl, Paysera, Revolut, Correos, Mooney, Western Union, Pecun Pay, and BUNQ.
2. Transfers from Belarus cards
All cards continue to work for sending money from Belarus to any of our 150+ supported destinations.
However, as of April 2024, sending BYN will no longer be possible in Fin.do. You can still receive money transfers in BYN.
How can I send money from my BYN card?
You can still send money from your BYN card using Fin.do.
Fin.do enables you to transfer any currency from any card, regardless of your card’s currency.
To send money from a BYN card, select USD, EUR, GBP, or any other currency when making your transfer.
Your bank will automatically exchange BYN to your selected currency (EUR, USD, etc), and you can see the costs as well as the final amount delivered to your recipient before you confirm your transfer.
