The following information specifies regulatory country-specific requirements for transfers to bank accounts.

⚠️ Important: Non-compliance with the requirements below will result in the transaction being rejected and the funds not reaching the beneficiary’s bank account.

  • Recipient info: Government ID required; email may be required for high-value transfers

Bolivia (BO)

  • Requirements: Account type and SWIFT code

  • Sender info: Date of birth and government ID required

  • Recipient info: Valid phone and “Cedula” (National ID, min 5 digits) required

  • Note: Deposits to Debit or Credit Card accounts not accepted

Brazil (BR)

  • Currency: BRL

  • Requirements: National bank code, account type, recipient CPF (11 digits)

Canada (CA)

  • Bank account type: BAN (5–12 digits)

  • Currency: CAD

  • SWIFT code: Required

  • Recipient info: Government ID required

Colombia (CO)

  • Bank account type: BAN (8+ digits)

  • Currency: COP

  • SWIFT code: Required

  • Recipient info: Valid phone required
