How to send money to a bank account via Fin.do app (sending to an existing one)

Sending money directly to a bank account is quick and easy with Fin.do! Whether you're transferring funds to your own account or someone else's, just follow these simple steps.

📱 Simply follow our step-by-step guide:

1. Open the app


Launch the Fin.do app on your device and log in to your account.

2. Start a new transfer

Tap the "Send Money" button on the home screen.

3. Enter the amount

Specify the amount you want to send. Please note: the Pay to Bank feature currently supports transfers from any currency to EUR. Once you select a bank recipient, the amount will be adjusted automatically based on the current exchange rate.

4. Choose the payment method

In the "From" field, Apple Pay or Google Pay will be selected by default. You can also choose one of your saved cards in the Fin.do app.

5. Select the recipient

Tap "Choose a Recipient" and select "Send to Bank Account" from the menu.
Alternatively, if you see your recipient in the Recent recipients list, just tap their name.

6. Choose from saved recipients

If you selected "Send to Bank Account", you’ll see a list of your saved bank recipients. Scroll to find the right one manually, or use the "Search" field.

You can search by:

  • Account nickname;

  • Account number (paste it in);

  • Recipient’s first or last name.

7. Review recipient details

After selecting a recipient, double-check their account details.
You can either proceed without changes by tapping the "Continue" button or update the information by tapping the blue pencil icon.

8. Specify transfer purpose

Add the Purpose of the transfer and the Transfer reference if needed. Then tap "Continue".

9. Confirm payment method

Review the recipient’s details and the transfer amount.
When you’re ready, tap Apple Pay/Google Pay, or tap Continue if you're sending from a saved card.

10. Review and confirm

You'll see the final fees and can still modify your transfer at this stage.
If everything looks good, tap "Confirm".

11. Done!

You’ll receive a confirmation, and your recipient will get the money within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the bank and country.
You can track the transfer status in the My Transactions list. Tap OK to close the window.

🔒 Is it secure?

Absolutely. All transfers are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card or account details.
