Whether you're transferring funds to your own account or someone else's, just follow these simple steps.

📱 Here is our step-by-step guide:

1. Open the app

Launch the Fin.do app on your device and log in to your account.

2. Start a new transfer

Tap the "Send Money" button on the home screen.

3. Enter the amount

Specify the amount you want to send. Please note: the Pay to Bank feature currently supports transfers from any currency to EUR. Once you select a bank recipient, the amount will be adjusted automatically based on the current exchange rate.

4. Choose the payment method

In the "From" field, Apple Pay or Google Pay will be selected by default. You can also choose one of your saved cards in the Fin.do app.

5. Select recipient type

Tap "Choose a Recipient" and select "Send to Bank Account" from the menu.

6. Add a new bank recipient

To make your first transfer to a bank account, you'll need to add a new bank recipient. You can send money to your own or someone else's personal bank account.

Tap "Add Bank Account" to get started.

7. Choose the recipient’s country

Select the country where the recipient's bank account is issued. You can scroll through the list alphabetically or use the search field. If the country you’re looking for isn’t in the list, it means we don’t support bank account transfers to that country yet.

8. Enter account details

Provide the following bank account details:

Country

Select the country where the bank account is issued.

Account Number (BAN/IBAN)

The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a unique identifier used for international transfers. It varies by country (up to 34 characters). You can find it in your banking app, bank statement, or by contacting your bank.

Example: PL54 5563 2698 5138 6141 8238 9216

BIC / SWIFT Code

The BIC (Bank Identifier Code), also known as SWIFT, identifies the recipient's bank. It's 8 or 11 characters long. You’ll find it in your banking app, on a bank statement, or by contacting your bank.

Example: PBANUA2X

9. Enter recipient details

Complete the recipient’s personal details:

First and Last Name

Enter the recipient’s full name as it appears on their bank account. Only Latin characters are allowed—no numbers or special characters.

Phone Number

Enter the recipient’s valid phone number, including the country code and the “+” sign.
Example: +380990044555

Email (optional)

You can add the recipient’s email address to notify them about the transfer.

Account Name (optional)

Assign a name to this account so it’s easier to find in your saved bank accounts list in the future.

10. Enter recipient address

Complete the recipient’s address:

Country

Select the country of the recipient’s billing address.

City

Enter the city of the billing address.

Street Line 1 and 2

Enter the recipient’s street address. Street Line 1 is required; use Line 2 if you need additional space.

Zip Code

Provide the postal code of the billing address.

Then tap "Continue" to review everything.

11. Review the information

Check all the details you entered. If needed, tap the blue pencil icon to make edits.

12. Add transfer details

Specify the Purpose of the transfer and add a Transfer reference if necessary. Then tap "Continue".

13. Confirm payment method

Double-check the recipient’s details and the amount. When you’re ready, tap Apple Pay/Google Pay or Continue if using a saved card.

14. Review final fees and confirm

You’ll see the final fees and still have the option to modify your transfer. If everything looks good, tap Confirm.

15. Done!

You’ll receive a confirmation, and your recipient will get the money within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the bank and country.
You can track the transfer status in the My Transactions list. Tap OK to close the window.

🔒 Is it secure?

Absolutely. All transfers are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card or account details.

Please note that the Pay2Bank feature is available exclusively in our app.
