You can see your transaction history and download a receipt for every transfer you sent or received via Fin.do.

Here’s how.

Do I need a transfer receipt?

Whenever you send or receive a money transfer using Fin.do, we generate a receipt that you can view, download, and share with others whenever needed.

You may need to show a transaction receipt when making transfers from a business card, checking a transaction status with your bank, or informing your recipient of an incoming transfer.

A Fin.do transaction receipt includes the following information:

  • The date and ID of the transaction;

  • The amount and currency sent;

  • The amount and currency received;

  • Yours and your recipient’s name;

  • The exchange rate and fee charged for your transfer.

Here is what a transaction receipt might look like:

How do I find my transfer receipt?

Transaction receipts are available for successful transfers you send or receive and there are two ways to view them.

1 - In your Fin.do account

Go to Transfers in your Fin.do account (in the mobile app or on the website).

Find the transaction you want to access, and select it.

Tap on ‘View Receipt’ to download the pdf statement.

2 - In your email inbox

We also send a confirmation email whenever you send or receive money via Fin.do. A transaction receipt is attached to this email.

Will my recipient also get a receipt?

Yes. We send receipts to both senders and recipients. Here is how it works:

  • If you make a transfer to your own card(s)

Since you are both the sender and the recipient of the transfer, you will receive a receipt just once, by email.

  • Transfers to cards (16-digit card number)

Your recipient will receive an email confirming the transfer, with a transaction receipt attached.

Please indicate the correct beneficiary data (name, email) when transferring money to card numbers.

  • Transfers to contacts

If you send money to a contact in your agenda, both you and your recipient will receive a confirmation email with a receipt attached.

I can’t find a receipt

Transaction receipts are only generated for successful transfers.

If your transfer was unsuccessful, you will not receive a transaction receipt. We do provide information as to why the transaction was declined.

If you have issues finding or accessing a transaction receipt, please reach out to our Support team anytime.
