Yes. Fin.do is an entirely secure way to send money between cards.

Fin.do enables instant money transfers between individuals. This means funds are sent directly between cards and we never store or hold money transferred via our app.

Here are some of the unique features that make our international money transfer platform safe and secure:

  • Phone numbers are only visible to people in your contacts list;

  • We require an SMS verification code sent by your issuing bank to your phone in order to approve a money transfer;

  • CVV / CVC codes are required for every transfer.

We also rely on state of the art technology to comply with the highest industry security standards. This enables us to prevent financial loss as well as any loss of personal or financial information.

Here are some of the security measures we take:

  • We encrypt all personal and financial data so people and organizations you pay will only be able to see the first six and the last four digits of your card number;

  • We require 3DS verification for all transactions in our network. We also use it to verify every card added to a Fin.do account;

  • We’re certified by the global industry standard PCI DSS;

  • We only partner with established, trusted companies such as Mastercard and Visa;

  • We use proprietary internal algorithms to continually detect and prevent possible fraud or money laundering attempts.
