You can add debit, credit, and prepaid Mastercard, Maestro and VISA cards issued in any currency to your Fin.do account.
To add a card:
First, tap on “My cards” button at the bottom of the screen in your Fin.do app.
At the top right corner, click on the plus sign "+"
You can either scan your card using your device camera or enter the card data manually.
Select your card currency (or currencies). You may indicate any number of currencies for any given card. You can also set EUR or USD as a sending currency for any card.
Next, enter the card CVV code. This is required in order to confirm card ownership.
You can name your card and assign a color to quickly pick out your card when making a transfer. You can rename your card anytime.
In some cases, card verification may be required: an amount of €1 or less will be charged and immediately refunded to the card (in rare cases and depending on the issuing bank, the refund can take up to 48 hours).
When a card is added to Fin.do, we automatically detect which operations are possible with that card (sending funds, receiving funds, or both). Visit the corresponding tabs in "My Cards" to check this.
The number of cards that can be added to a Fin.do account may vary between accounts.
The first verified card you add to Fin.do becomes your default card for sending and receiving money transfers.
You can set a different default card or delete a card anytime by going to "My Cards" in the app and swiping the card to the left.
