How to make transfers from Apple Pay in Fin.do

In addition to card transfers, you can now send money from Apple Pay with Fin.do. Here's everything you need to know about sending money through Apple Pay with Fin.do.

How to add Apple Pay to Fin.do

Sending money from Apple Pay is currently possible using the Fin.do mobile app. Make sure your app to the latest version (2.0.0.)

If you're on an iOS device, Apple Pay will automatically be set as the default payment method in Fin.do, with no need for you to take any action.

To send money from a card instead of Apple Pay, simply tap on the ‘From’ field and select a card in your Fin.do account.

If you haven’t added cards to Fin.do yet, you can easily do it at this step.

How to make a transfer from Apple Pay

Sending money from Apple Pay in Fin.do is quick and easy. Here is what you need to do:

  • Go to ‘Send money’ in your Fin.do app;

  • Enter the amount and currency you want to send;

  • Tap on the ‘To’ field to select or add a recipient. You can send money to yourself or to others;

  • Press the Apple Pay button to continue;

  • For security reasons, you’ll be asked to authenticate using FaceID, Touch ID, or your passcode;

  • A notification will slide out at the bottom of the screen showing the details of your transfer;

  • To select a different card in your Apple Pay wallet, tap on the card name. You can also add a card if you don’t have any in your Apple wallet;

  • Press your phone’s side button to proceed with the transfer. A final notification will show you the transfer fee and amount you’ll be charged;

  • Select ‘Confirm’ to proceed with the transfer or ‘Modify transfer’ if you wish to change the details of your transfer.

You can check the status of your transfer and download your transaction receipt in Transfers.

Note that transfers from Apple Pay are currently only possible using our mobile app. Apple Pay will be enabled for online transfers from the Fin.do website soon.
