Fin.do is not available in my region
We are constantly adding new regions and payment methods to Fin.do.
If your country or card is not supported, check our updates to learn about new destinations, currencies, and payment methods.
We also send updates via email and in-app communications every time we launch in a new region.
I don’t need Fin.do right now
Having a Fin.do account is entirely free.
If you think you may use Fin.do in the future, we recommend keeping your account open. You can disable marketing notifications in your app settings under Notifications.
I have a personal or financial data concern
You have the right to access or ask us to correct or delete personal information we store about you.

What happens if I delete my account?
When your Fin.do account is deleted, all your account details, including profile information, linked cards, recipients, and transaction history will be removed.
If you wish to start using Fin.do again, you will need to register, add your cards to Fin.do, and go through the verification process like you did the first time you created an account.
Your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as you use Fin.do and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Your Personal Data will not be stored longer than it is necessary for data processing purposes. To learn more about the treatment of your data, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Can I reopen my account after I’ve deleted it?
No. Closing an account is permanent.
You can join Fin.do again anytime by creating a new account.
If you decide to create another Fin.do account in the future, you will need to go through the verification process again.
Can I still receive money after I delete my account?
If you no longer have a Fin.do account, other Fin.do users can still send you money. To do so, you need to provide them with your 16-digit card number.
