How to send money from the Fin.do website

Online money transfers from the Fin.do website are available to everyone, including existing Fin.do customers and new users.

Here is how to send money online from www.fin.do, without having to install the Fin.do mobile app.

Sending money with Fin.do for the first time

We’ve made it easy, quick, and secure to make your first Fin.do transfer online.

1. Create an account

Creating an account is free and only takes a minute.

Go to Sign in on the Fin.do website and enter your phone number. We’ll send you a text message with a 4-digit verification code.

If you didn’t receive a message with the code, click on Resend code and select an alternative channel to get the code (WhatsApp, Viber, or SMS).

For security reasons, you will receive a verification code by SMS every time you log in to Fin.do.

Next, set a 4-digit passcode to secure your account. Remember this passcode as you will be required to enter it every time you log in.

2. Set up your transfer

Enter the amount you want to transfer, and indicate the currency. You can send any of 130+ currencies, regardless of your location.

You may also indicate a different currency for your recipient.

The exchange rate for your transfer will be shown below.

Hit ‘Get Started’ to proceed.

If you haven’t added cards to your account yet, click on ‘Add New Card’ under the sender.

Enter your card details. Your card will be immediately verified for sending or receiving transfers.

3. Select or add a recipient

You may send money to your own cards or to someone else.

To send money to yourself, follow the same steps as above to add a new card, or select a card from the list if you already added more cards.

To send money to a different person, select ‘Someone else’ and enter their 16-digit card number, name, and email address so we can notify them when you send them money.

4. Confirm your transfer

Before you proceed, please review your transfer details. We clearly show:

  • The amount you send

  • The exchange rate (this is fixed for your transfer)

  • The transfer fee

  • The estimated delivery date

  • The final amount your recipient gets

To confirm your transfer, enter your CVC/CVV code and hit ‘Send’.

5. Track your transfer

You can check the status of your transactions and download your transaction receipt under ‘Transactions’ in the left side menu.

Managing your account

You can add more cards, remove, or edit cards in your account by going to ‘My Cards’ in the left side menu.

To edit or remove a card, just click on it and follow the instructions.

You can also check your transfer limits for each card.

If you wish to increase your transfer limits, you can do so by taking ID verification. Momentarily, this is only possible using the Fin.do mobile app.

You can also change the language in your account and edit your contact information (email address and physical address), or contact support with just one click from the widget on the website.

I already use the Fin.do mobile app

If you already have a Fin.do account in our mobile app, you can log into your account on the website using the same simple steps:

  1. Enter your phone number

  2. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your phone

  3. Enter your 4-digit secure passcode. This is the same passcode you use in your Fin.do mobile app

Once you've logged in, you can view your cards, transaction history, and contact information that you used to create your Fin.do account using the mobile app.

You can edit details in your account using both the website version and the Fin.do mobile app.
