If you need to send money to someone who isn’t a Fin.do user, you can easily do so using their 16-digit card number. This is a great option when you don’t have your recipient’s phone number or prefer not to add them to your contacts.

Your recipient will need to share their 16-digit card number with you to complete the transfer.

Once your sending card is added, you’re ready to go. Just follow these steps:

📱 Step-by-step guide:

1. Open the app

Launch the Fin.do app on your device and log in to your account.

2. Start a new transfer

Tap the "Send Money" button on the home screen.

3. Enter the amount and currency

Specify the amount you’d like to send and select both the sending and receiving currencies.

4. Choose the payment method

In the "From" field, Apple Pay or Google Pay will be selected by default. You can also choose one of your added cards in the Fin.do app.

5. Select the recipient

Tap Choose a Recipient and select Send to Card from the menu.
Alternatively, if you see your recipient listed under Recent recipients, just tap their name.

6. Switch to “Others” tab (if needed)

After selecting "Send to Card", your "Myself" tab will open by default (showing your own cards). Tap the "Others" tab to see your list of saved recipients.

7. Choose a recipient from the list

Scroll through the list manually, or use the Search field to find a recipient by:

  • Name;

  • Card number;

  • Phone number.

8. Add a new recipient (if needed)

If you don’t see the recipient in your list, tap "Add Recipient" under the search field.

Fill in the required recipient details and tap "Continue".

8. Review the details

Double-check the recipient’s information and the transfer amount.
At this stage, you can also apply a promo code (only available for non-Apple Pay/Google Pay transfers).

10. Add a note (optional)

You can enter a transfer reference or a short greeting message for the recipient.

11. Finalize the transfer

If you’re using a saved card:

Tap Continue, enter your CVV code, and confirm the transfer.

For security, your bank may also request a 3DS (secure) code, sent to your phone.

If you’re using Apple Pay/Google Pay:

Tap the Apple Pay/Google Pay button to proceed.

You’ll be shown the final fees and still have the option to modify the transfer.
If everything looks good, tap "Confirm".

12. Done!

You’ll receive a confirmation, and your recipient will receive the money shortly — usually within minutes, depending on the bank and country.

You can track the transfer status in your "My Transactions" list.

Tap OK to close the confirmation window.

🔒 Is it secure?

Absolutely. All transfers are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card or account details.
